We are committed to delivering exceptional service through expert technicians, high-quality products, and modern installation techniques.

Service Agreements: When engaging with Premium Lighting Co., a detailed service agreement will be provided to outline the scope of work, materials, estimated time frame, and pricing. This agreement is binding once signed by both parties, ensuring that all specified services are carried out as per the client’s requirements.

Payment Terms: Payment for services can be made via credit card, debit card, PayPal, Zelle, check, cash, or bank transfer (ACH). A deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the balance due upon completion of services unless otherwise stated in the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in your agreement.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may result in a fee amounting to a percentage of the total service cost, as specified in your service contract.

Liability Limitations: While our team takes every precaution to ensure safe and proper installation, Premium Lighting Co. cannot be held liable for damages resulting from pre-existing electrical issues, structural weaknesses, or improper maintenance after installation. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their electrical systems and property are adequate and safe for lighting installations.

Amendments and Changes: Premium Lighting Co. reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is advised that users regularly review these terms for any updates. Continued use of the website following such changes shall constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
